Returns & Exchanges Policy
The Engraved Gift
Personalized Items
Because all of our products are custom engraved, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been engraved. Please double-check your personalization details (names, dates, spelling, etc.) before submitting your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide:

We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once engraving has begun, we are unable to make modifications or issue cancellations.
Non-Personalized Items
For items that are not personalized, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Holiday Orders
During peak holiday seasons, all sales are final once engraving has started. Please order early and review all personalization details carefully.
