The Engraved Gift

Processing Time

All of our items are custom engraved with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Options

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all cutting boards.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost)

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (additional cost, available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress until it arrives at your door.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times will vary by destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us right away—once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Holiday Deadlines

To ensure delivery before major holidays, please place your order early. We’ll post updated cutoff dates on our store in advance of Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other peak times.
